Graves, the Outlaw

Graves to me looks like an awesome Champion, I personally can't wait for him to come out. To me he looks like he would have shorter ranged then most ranged champions because of the fact he is using a shotgun, and if this is the case I think that building him kind of like Gangplank would work really good (kinda tanky but with good damage). By building him like this I think that you will get the most out of his passive by being able to just stay in the team fight and be so tanky that the other team doesn't want to focus you. It would also be cool if he could jungle, it seems to me like he would have some epic ganks with his dash and slow. His ult might take a bit to master though because u need perfect positioning in a team fight to ult someone and have it spray and hit everyone on the other team. One things that a lot of the LoL community was mad about with the last champion was that its in-game looked very bad, and by what I have seen of pictures of this guy is that he looks bad ass in-game.

Abilities:

• Buckshot: Graves fires three bullets in a cone damaging all enemies in the projectiles path. Enemies at close range can be hit by multiple projectiles, but each one beyond the first will deal reduced damage.
• Smokescreen: Graves fires a smoke canister at the target area that deals damage and creates a cloud of smoke. Enemies inside the smoke cloud have reduced sight range and movement speed.
• Quickdraw: Graves dashes forward gaining an attack speed boost for several seconds. Attacking enemies lowers the cooldown of this skill.
• Collateral Damage (Ultimate): Graves fires an explosive shell dealing heavy damage to the first target it hits. After hitting a champion or reaching the end of its range the shell explodes dealing damage in a cone behind the target.
• True Grit (Passive): Graves gains increasing armor and magic resistance the longer he remains in combat.

So I took a bit of a break from blogging just because I was just busy doing tons of others things. Dad needed an extra hand for his company where we demo'd sidewalks and then having to pour new concrete for the sidewalks (was tiring and a pain in the ass because we had to get rid of tree roots that where why the sidewalks where messed up in the first place, along with having to jack hammer and remove the concrete.). Also went out to my brothers for like a week to hang out and party with our friend that came into town. Anyways I should be back posting and games and game shit soon.

So I haven't been playing much League lately so I haven't posted anything about it in a bit, I haven't been playing because my account got suspended :(. Im pretty sure it got suspended because im sick of all the bad kids that don't know how to play they game and ruin it for people that actually dont want to lose because obviously im not trying to lose if im playing. So if your one of those people that picks a different champion every game and doesn't know how to play any one of them well, just go play in the AI matches and stop being bad, maybe look up some video's of pro's playing or guides how to play so your not useless and just piss people that are trying to play off. 

Riots "leave no noobie behind" thing is stupid ass hell, and if they really wanted to help new people they would stop matching people with 100 wins with people that have 400-1000 wins in normals. They also should do something about the fresh level 30's that go into ranked games, this is why people cry about elo hell its because you cant do anything to get out of ranked elo hell unless you dou que and just happen to be able to carry the bad kids that you will get.

Well my account gets un-suspended today so im kinda happy about that, but yeah there's my little rant about stuff that makes me mad bro.

Some games as ~ Talon ~

So I got talon and have been playing him a bunch, and I can say he is really fun! Right from the start I could tell that this champion would take some time to learn. Talon has a lot of escape ability whether he is getting ganked or just losing a fight and needs to get away. One thing I find hard is team fighting with him, often I wait for our tank to go in then hop on one of there carries just to get blasted away, as far as cleaning up kills and sticking on people when they try to run I would say he is one of the best. Here are some games I played as him.

 I find the bloodthirster so be a good item on him because of how easy he can get it farmed up, also the merc tread boots help a lot because he is a champ that needs to be cc'd so he doesn't get away. Anyways just wanted to let you guys know that he is as fun to play as he looks and he has a very cool set of abilities.

Φ Talon, The Blades Shadow Φ

So I didn't make a post about Skarner because he didn't look like a champion I would like, But the up-coming champion Talon looks to be nothing but fun. With like what I said about Wukong I like that Riot has come up with a champion that has new mechanics and has moves that don't resemble any other moves in the game, I find when too many champions have resembling moves that it gets boring. In my opinion none of his moves remind me of any other champion. The only thing that gives me worries about Talon is how deceiving the champion spotlights can be, because of how bad Phreak is at his own game the spotlights seem staged and the kills and "plays" that Phreak makes in the videos can make the champion look a lot stronger then he actually is just because he has items and the other player doesn't and things in that nature. 

With his passive I would have to say that Frozen Mallet on him would be a must, this will not only give you beefyness but it will allow your passive to come into effect on everyone of your attacks. Im thinking either Bloodthirster or Black cleaver (or both) would be really good on him. The 6 items that I think will complete my build will be, Merc Treads, Frozen Mallet, Black cleaver, Bloodthirster, wits end, and for the last item I would go with a defense item depending on your needs. I also predict that Flash and Ignite/exhaust 

But overall I plan on saving enough for Talon so that I can buy him when he comes out.

Abilities: 

Mercy (Passive): Talon deals more damage with his basic attacks to any target that is slowed, stunned, immobilized, or suppressed.

(Q) Noxian Diplomacy: Talon's next basic attack deals an additional physical damage. If the target is a champion, they will bleed, taking additional physical damage over a period of time and revealing their location for the duration.

(W) Rake: Talon sends out a volley of daggers that then return back to him, dealing physical damage every time it passes through an enemy. Additionally the enemy is slowed for a short duration.

(E) Cutthroat: Talon instantly appears behind his target, silencing them and amplifying his damage against that target.

(R) Shadow Assault (Ultimate): Talon disperses a ring of blades and gains stealth while gaining additional Movement Speed. When Talon emerges from stealth, the blades converge on his location. Every time a blade passes through an enemy, they receive physical damage.

BACK!

Back from Seattle and hanging out with the people that we went to the game with. Stayed at there house a couple of nights, which was one of the nicest house with an amazing view. My Bo-Sox loss and have fallen to second place now. But all together I had a blast and hope to go to Seattle again soon for another baseball game or a football game. Just looked it up and the cheapest tickets for a Seahawks game is 60 bucks so might see one of them this year, would be awesome since I have never seen a NFL game. Well I should get back into posting regularly.

This Sunday im going to the Boston vs Mariners game up in Seattle so after this I wont have any new posts till I get back because I am leaving Saturday to go spend the night at our friends house that we are going to the game with. Sunday we will leave there house and get on a bus that will take us straight to the game and I believe we will be getting there early to have a BBQ in the bull-pin. Along with the fact that I get to see my favorite team the RedSox, having a BBQ in the bull-pin has gotten me very excited about this weekend. I can only hope I leave enough room in my belly to pick up some of the always delicious Garlic Fries, Which is the first thing you can smell when you walk into Safeco Field. Although im going to be just missing Bostons 2 best pitchers im still glad I get to see Tim Wakfield. Its too bad I don't get to see Felix Hernandez either, but rather they are pitching Charlie Furbush. So that is why i wont have any posts till im back ill be to busy have a blast!

Music During League of Legends

Ill start this off by saying I listen to almost every type of music, from Death-metal to country. What I have been enjoying lately while gaming has been dub-step, I think I like this while gaming because it doesn't have a lot of words(im in vent I got teammates yelling at me I dont need more words in my ears) and that it doesn't change a lot because most songs are almost 5minutes or longer. I usually dont listen to music if im playing Xbox because im a try-hard and soundwhore. :(

Just thought I should make a post about the milestone. I don't got to much to say about it except thanks to all the people following me. Im thinking my next post about gaming is going to be about the new game mode for Leage of Legends Dominion or the new champion Skarner (dont know if im going to buy him yet), Maybe some of the music that I have been listing too lately and what I like to listen to while I play games, or a Review of Gears of War 3.

So i was visiting my mom at her boyfriends house today for a bit, and i saw that one of his kids was playing a game MegaMiner on addicting-games or a website like that. After watching him for a little while i made him give me a turn, since im way older then him lol. I honestly don't know why but i kinda got hooked on the game and played it for like 3 hours. All you do in the game in go around driving a drill and mine ore's then sell them to buy upgrades and items. I think if you like games like Angry Birds, that can pass some time if your bored that you will like this game too. ill post a link at the bottom of this so you guys can play it..

~ Skyrim ~

Skyrim probably the most anticipated game of the year, and what most of the gaming community is saying will be the best game of the year. If you haven't seen anything about this game i will tell you here. First off the game has an amazing 16miles of land to cover which is ridiculous for the quality of graphics that the world is cover'd in. Bethesda the gaming company that has made all of the "The Elder Scrolls" games have a brand new engine that Skyrim will be running off of, new graphics, and all new game-play.The great artists at Bethesda have hand crafted the entire world of Skyrim. Like you can see in the video the graphics are amazing, from the plants on the ground to all the mountain you can climb you are assured to be wow'd by the details. They have made all items in the game 3D so that you can zoom in and rotate on anything from the armor and weapons you use to the food you catch or hunt. While you are in the many towns of the games you will see that the people of the town don't just aimlessly walk around and that they actually have jobs and routines, also in these towns you yourself can pick up jobs. There are over 150 dungeons to explore, and horses to help you get from place to place. Many of the monster are unscripted, so they do almost what ever they want. You might be fighting things in a open field and a dragon will come out of no where and try to kill everything, but there are also creatures that will not attack you on sight but will if you mess with them. You play a character that is "dragon born" which means he has the soul of a dragon and through out the game when you kill dragons you absorb there souls to gain shouting abilities( which are abilities using the dragon language), there are 3 levels to each dragon shout. One of the crazies thing that i have learned about this game that is it has so many hours of game play that the Bethesda employees actually stopped counting at about 300 hours of game play!! They also stopped counting the different types of environments, with the 7 major regions there are all sorts of different dungeons and wildlands. Factions are returning with The College of Winterhold (mage guild), The Companions (warrior guild), and the Thieve's Guild. 

My personal thought on this game are that it is going to be one of the best RPG's that i have ever played. The graphics are awesome to say the least. It takes play 200 years after Oblivion, and the game has 300 freaking hours of game play, which is another thing about this game that has floored me besides the fact that you have a 16 mile big world at your disposal to run around and do what ever you feel like doing. Even me being a huge FPS gamer i wouldn't doubt it if this game takes game of the year easily. 10/10 so far by what i have seen for this game.

My Wukong review

I know that i said that it would take a couple days till i could review Wukong, The Monkey King but after playing 6 or 7 games with him its safe to say that my opinion on him is strong. I would like to start off by saying that i like him and think that he is very fun to play. As i predicted he is very hard to gank in lane because of his "W" skill which is decoy, but one thing i predicted wrong was how i was going to build him. After playing my first game i kind of saw his E-W combo much like Poppy's combo, so i built a Trinity Force then tanky items. I know i said that he looked like he didn't need to be a tanky dps champion but the fact is he isn't a HUGE burst champion so only really one way to go with it. during early game he is fun if your lane partner isn't really bad, because he is a good at harassing.

With building him tanky i found that i can successfully get my full ult off in a team fight, which after reading the LoL site forums i saw was a problem because he tends to get focus'd down or CC'd so he cant move while he is spinning. I haven't gotten to go late enough into a game were i can get a full build but if i did this would most likely be my build,  Merc tred's - Trinity Force - Banshee's (or FoN) - Wit's end (if AP heavy) - Infinity Edge - last item is pretty much optional, i would go with w/e your team needs if u need damage get damage u need more buff-ness get a tank item. also the summoners i have been running on this set-up have been ghost-ignite, with 21-0-9 masteries, with AD pen marks, life per lvl seals, and CD blues. ( i don't recommend CD blues if your going to buy runes just for him)

Back from vacation

Just got done unpacking all the stuff we took on my vacation, will try to get some pics up of the house we went to in eastern Oregon. I didnt bring my camera, because i forgot it so i will have to have someone email me some of the pictures that they took.

I see that the monkey king did come out in League of legends so it might take a couple of days before i can write a post about what i think about him, as far as his skins go i thin that they are awesome and all the other skins that came out this patch look cool. 

Going on Vaction

Going on vacation with a lot of my family to the always fun eastern Oregon. Going to get the quads out in the forest and relax in a hunting lodge that fits like 18 people, on something like 200+ acres. I will be gone for probably close to 7 days, so I wont have any way to post anything during this time, but when I come back The new League of Legends champion should be out so I will be posting my thoughts on him. An maybe something on the up-coming game The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim, which looks to be one of the best games of the year.

Call of Duty - Modern Warfare 3

On November 8th 2011 ill be standing in line at the closest Gamestop just like all the other Call of Duty fan boy's. I have high hopes for this game after watching some of the trailers of gameplay and cut scenes, I can say that the graphic look top notch and the story is promising as it continues off the Mw2 story line which I though was excellent. The only thing I worry about this game that with ruin it for me is that if the Multiplayer isn't very good.  Mw1 being my favorite of the series because of its ridiculously good Online play, from the balanced maps, guns that actually work, and not getting stuck running around corners on stuff that doesn't even need to be there(stuff on the walls/random chairs/pointless crap). I hope that they can bring back some of that stuff and work on how the maps are played instead of the graphic, I honestly don't play the online for the graphics i play for the competitiveness so I hate when they make them Noob friendly this is the reason Mw1 is my favorite.

Another thing that caught my eye about this game is the fact that Infinity ward is getting help for the Company Sledgehammer, i think this is great because now IE wont be as rushed to just produce a game that will sell and with the extra hands will have more idea's and thoughts on what to put in or take out of the game. The other thing that i saw is that there is going to be a game mode called "Survival" which if i read correctly will be something to the horde mode from the Gears of War series. Where waves of enemies come at you and you have to battle through them.

League of Legends - Wukong, the Monkey King

This Champion looks Amazing. After watching his game play video that was release not to long ago I was really impressed by what Riot had come up with. I like how he has 2 abilities that dont really resemble anything any other champion does withe the Decoy and Nimbus Strike. Another thing that intrigued me was his Ultimate that send the monkey into a furious spin(much like Garen) that knocks the other champions you hit with it into the air, The thing worrying me about his Ult would be if you could knock the same person up multiple times. If that is the case this champion will be ridiculously Over-Powered  since he could knock up lock any of there champions close together. I personally hope that his Ult can only knock up each person on there team once, I feel that that would give him a beastly ultimate that isn't overpowered or "broken".

When this champion first comes out I predict that there will be a lot of Tanky dps builds, But right off the bat I am going to try to go for a melee carry build. I think that with the pure dps build that you will maximize your damage but wont leave yourself out to dry by being the target for ganks every chance they get with the ability Decoy + flash/ghost  I predict him to be very hard to gank in early to mid game.

Abilities

Stone Skin (Passive): Wukong's armor and magic resistance are increased for each nearby enemy champion.

Crushing Blow: Wukong swings his mighty staff with incredible speed, crushing his opponent. This attack deals additional physical damage and reduces the enemy's Armor for a short duration.

Decoy: Wukong utilizes his cleverness to trick his foes. He becomes stealthed for 1.5 seconds and leaves an uncontrollable decoy behind that will deal Magic Damage to enemies near it after 1.5 seconds.

Nimbus Strike: Wukong dashes on a cloud toward a target enemy and sends out images to attack up to 2 additional enemies near his target, dealing physical damage to each enemy struck.

Cyclone (Ultimate): Wukong's staff grows outward and he spins it around, dealing damage and knocking up enemies. Wukong gains movement speed over the duration of the spell.

Getting Stated

Lets start this off with a little bit about what i'm going to blog about. Most of the topics are going to be about games I play whether its LoL or Xbox360, but I will probably throw in some posts about music/songs that i'm into at the time and maybe my thoughts on upcoming Xbox360 games.
